  • Yoga with Coach Micaela 9:00 am to 10:15 am
  • X Training (45 Min)X Training classes are designed to improve your functional range of motion, core strength, body strength, power and cardiovascular! "BODY CONDITIONING"  (Cross Training) - 45 minutes
    ***An overall body conditioning session includes all major muscle groups – arms, legs, abs, lower back and torso. Easy to follow movements, circuit based sessions and intervals using equipment such as Medicine Balls, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, TRX, Jump Rope, Resistant Band, Stability Ball, Agility Ladder, AB Wheel. *** This class consists a mix of strength, cardio, core and functional training to improve your overall fitness. (Beginners to Advanced)
    with Coach Micaela 10:30 am to 11:15 am
  • Kids BJJ (all levels) with Professor Bill Scott 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
  • Basic Gi BJJ with Professor Bill Scott 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Adult NoGi Jiu-Jitsu with Professor Bill Scott 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm
